2. Acceptance and eligibility
By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms with you. These Terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
3. Permitted use
You may use the website for personal, lawful purposes, including learning about Karga Games and its games, obtaining press materials as permitted, contacting us, and subscribing to our newsletter.
You must not:
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- attempt unauthorized access to an account, server, database, or non-public area;
- introduce malicious code, overload the website, or evade access controls or rate limits;
- scrape or automatically extract content in a way that causes unreasonable load or breaks the law;
- impersonate another person or submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing material; or
- use website content commercially except where Karga Games has expressly allowed it.
4. Games and platforms
Our games are licensed under the End User License Agreement. Purchases, payments, refunds, platform accounts, cloud services, multiplayer, and other platform functions are also governed by the operator of the store or platform you use — for example Valve (Steam), Epic Games, GOG, Microsoft (Xbox and Microsoft Store), Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation), Nintendo, Apple (App Store and Apple Arcade), Google (Google Play), Meta (Quest), or the operator of a subscription, cloud, or regional service. Where those terms govern a platform transaction or service, they apply to that matter.
5. Intellectual property
The website and its text, artwork, logos, videos, software, design, and other content belong to Karga Games or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Apart from normal website use and expressly downloadable press materials, no license is granted to reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit this content without our written permission.
Trademarks, games, platforms, and company names of other parties remain their property. Mentioning them does not imply endorsement unless we say so expressly.
6. Press materials
Materials identified as a press kit may be used by journalists, reviewers, content creators, platform operators, and event organizers for editorial coverage, reviews, listings, and promotion of the relevant Karga Games title. They must not be sold separately, used to misrepresent Karga Games, or used in unlawful or misleading content.
7. Newsletter
Subscribing to the newsletter is voluntary and needs confirmation by email. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email or on the website unsubscribe page. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it. Newsletter data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
8. Feedback and communications
You keep ownership of material you send us. You grant Karga Games a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to receive, store, reproduce, and review support requests, bug reports, attachments, and other communications as reasonably necessary to respond, investigate, protect rights, and improve our services. If you send us an unsolicited idea or suggestion, we may use the suggestion without restriction or payment; this does not transfer ownership of unrelated material or personal data.
9. Third-party links and services
The website links to stores, social networks, video platforms, community sites, and other third-party services. Karga Games does not control and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, or data practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue website content or functions for operational, security, legal, or business reasons. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We will not remove any remedy that applicable consumer law gives you.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Karga Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter informally. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara, Türkiye have jurisdiction, except that a consumer may also use the courts, consumer arbitration committees, or other consumer bodies available under mandatory law where the consumer lives. In Türkiye, consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committees within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade and, above those limits, to the consumer courts after mandatory mediation. This choice of law does not remove mandatory protections of the law of the country where a consumer habitually lives.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms for the future when the website, our services, or the law change. We will update the date above and give additional notice where the law requires it. A change does not remove rights that have already arisen.
15. General
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the rest will remain in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver. We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of the relevant business, subject to applicable law. If the English and Turkish versions differ, the version in the language of the country where you live as a consumer prevails; otherwise the English version prevails.
