Chained Wheels End User License Agreement
1. Parties and scope
This Agreement is between the user (“you”) and KARGA OYUN YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, trading as Karga Games (“Karga Games,” “we,” “us”), concerning the Chained Wheels software, updates, downloadable content, and Karga Games-operated services for it (collectively, the “Game”).

The Game is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to this Agreement on your behalf. You must also satisfy the age and account requirements of the platform through which you use the Game.
2. Platform terms
The Game may be distributed through Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo platforms. Your platform account, purchase, payment, refund, cloud, communication, and online-service use are also governed by your agreements with the relevant platform operator. If this Agreement conflicts with mandatory platform terms about a matter controlled by that platform, the platform terms control that matter. This Agreement does not limit any non-waivable consumer right.
2A. Third-party platforms and Epic Online Services
Valve, Epic Games, GOG, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Microsoft, and Nintendo are not parties to this Agreement and do not grant the Karga Games license in Section 3. Each platform operator retains all rights in its accounts, networks, software, SDKs, trademarks, and services. Platform operators are not responsible for Karga Games support, maintenance, warranties, or claims concerning the Game except to the extent their own mandatory terms expressly provide otherwise.
If a version of the Game includes Epic Online Services, the Epic SDK, services, code, documentation, and other Epic-provided materials (“Epic Materials”) are provided “as is” and “as available,” without representations, warranties, conditions, or liabilities from Epic to you, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Epic is not responsible for the Game or Karga Games-operated services. Use of an Epic account and Epic services is also subject to Epic's own terms and privacy policy.
Cross-play or cross-progression may require linking platform accounts through EOS Connect or another approved service. Linking is optional unless clearly identified as technically necessary for a requested online mode. Account linking, unlinking, and deletion are handled as described in the Privacy Notice and Data Request and Deletion page.
3. License
Subject to this Agreement and the applicable platform terms, Karga Games grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Game for private, non-commercial entertainment on devices and accounts permitted by the platform. The Game is licensed, not sold. No ownership in the Game or its intellectual property is transferred to you.
4. Restrictions
Except where applicable law expressly permits it despite this section, you must not:
- copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, derive source code from, or create derivative works of the Game;
- remove or alter copyright, trademark, ownership, or technical protection notices;
- use cheats, bots, unauthorized mods, exploits, or software that interferes with the Game or gives an unfair advantage;
- disrupt online services, gain unauthorized access, impersonate others, or collect another player's information without authorization;
- use the Game to harass, threaten, defraud, or transmit illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-infringing, or otherwise unlawful content; or
- use the Game in a way that violates law, this Agreement, or applicable platform rules.
5. Online play and player conduct
Online features may require an applicable platform account, internet access, compatible versions, and approved third-party online services. Cross-network play may require additional platform permissions. You are responsible for your account and conduct. We may reasonably investigate reported violations and may restrict access to Karga Games-operated online functionality when necessary to protect players, services, or legal rights. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to appeal at legal@kargagames.com, unless doing so would compromise safety, security, or an investigation.
6. Communications, reports, and feedback
You retain rights in content you submit. When you transmit in-game communications, you grant the limited rights necessary to transmit them to the intended participants. When you submit a report, bug report, screenshot, or support message, you grant Karga Games a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, review, and use that material only as reasonably necessary to investigate it, provide support, enforce rules, improve the Game, and protect legal rights.
If you voluntarily provide ideas or suggestions about the Game, we may use them without restriction or compensation, but this does not transfer ownership of unrelated content or personal data. Personal data is handled as described in the Chained Wheels Privacy Notice.
Live voice and text chat are transmitted to session participants and are not recorded or stored by Karga Games. Platform operators may process communications under their own safety, moderation, and privacy rules. Do not disclose personal, confidential, or unlawful information in chat.
7. Updates and availability
We may provide patches, balance changes, content updates, and security fixes. An update may be required for online play. Features may change as the Game evolves. We may suspend or discontinue an online feature for security, legal, technical, or business reasons. Nothing in this section removes remedies or refund rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Game currently has no advertising, in-game purchases, or paid downloadable content. If these are added, applicable prices, content, platform purchase and refund terms, and any related data processing will be disclosed before they are offered.
8. Ownership
Karga Games and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Game, including its software, audiovisual content, characters, names, logos, music, and other intellectual property. “Karga Games” and “Chained Wheels,” and associated logos, are owned by their respective rights holders. Third-party components remain subject to their applicable notices and licenses.
9. Streaming and gameplay content
You may capture, stream, and publish Game footage and screenshots, including monetized videos and streams, provided that you do not imply endorsement, disclose confidential pre-release material, distribute Game assets separately, or use the content unlawfully. Platform music or third-party content may be subject to separate rights.
10. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or third-party service. This disclaimer does not exclude any warranty, conformity right, or remedy that applicable consumer law does not permit us to exclude.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karga Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss of data or profit, arising from the Game. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or breach of mandatory consumer rights. Any limitation applies only to the extent it is fair and enforceable under the law applicable to you.
12. Termination
You may end this Agreement at any time by stopping use and uninstalling the Game. Your license ends automatically if you materially breach this Agreement. Where the breach can be cured, we will ordinarily provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to cure before restricting Karga Games-operated functionality. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, permitted use of submitted reports, disclaimers, liability, governing law, and entire agreement—will survive.
13. Governing law and disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally. The competent courts and enforcement offices of Ankara, Türkiye have jurisdiction, except that a consumer may bring a claim in any court or consumer forum available under mandatory law in the consumer's place of residence. This choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law of your habitual residence.
14. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement prospectively for legal, security, platform, or material Game changes. We will post the revised text and update the date above. If law requires notice or renewed acceptance for a material change, we will provide it before the change binds you. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights.
15. General
If part of this Agreement is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the rest will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may transfer this Agreement as part of a merger, reorganization, or sale of the Game or our business, subject to applicable law. You may not transfer your license except where platform rules or mandatory law permit it.
This Agreement, the Chained Wheels Privacy Notice, and applicable platform terms are the entire agreement concerning your licensed use of the Game and supersede earlier game-specific license terms on the same subject.
