Chained Wheels Data Requests and Deletion

This page provides an accessible mechanism to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal, account unlinking assistance, or information about personal data controlled by Karga Games in connection with Chained Wheels.

Email a data request

What to include

  1. Write “Chained Wheels Data Request” in the subject line.
  2. State the request type: access, correction, deletion, objection, analytics withdrawal, account unlinking, or another privacy right.
  3. Identify the platform used: Steam, Epic, GOG, Xbox, PlayStation, or Nintendo.
  4. Provide the platform account identifier associated with a report or Karga Games record, if known.
  5. Provide the approximate report or support-contact date, if relevant.
  6. Send the request from an email address where we can respond.
Do not send your password, authentication token, payment-card information, government identity number, T.C. identity number, or a copy of an identity document unless Karga Games later explains why a specific item is strictly necessary through a secure channel.

Verification and response

We use proportionate verification appropriate to the requested data. For example, we may ask you to confirm control of the relevant platform account or provide details that match a report. We normally respond within 30 days. If applicable law permits an extension for a complex request, we will notify you.

What Karga Games can delete

Subject to legal exceptions and the ability to identify the record, Karga Games can delete or anonymize Karga Games-controlled in-game reports, associated platform IDs and playtime, support correspondence, and player-level analytics or diagnostic data that our providers can locate using an applicable identifier.

Some information may be retained temporarily when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, an active dispute, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. It will be restricted and deleted when the exception ends.

Platform accounts and platform-controlled data

A request to Karga Games does not delete your Steam, Epic, GOG, Microsoft/Xbox, PlayStation, or Nintendo account, purchases, or data independently controlled by that platform. Submit those requests through the relevant platform's privacy or account-support process. Karga Games will cooperate with valid requests that a platform forwards concerning data controlled by Karga Games.

Account linking and EOS

If Epic Online Services account linking becomes active, you may request deletion of Epic Account Data controlled by Karga Games or assistance unlinking an association. Some links may also need to be managed through the Epic or originating platform account interface. Deletion may remove access to cross-play, cross-progression, friends, invitations, or other linked functionality.
